It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of MBLEmeritus Trustee Dr. David Sheprow who died January 5, 2018, at Falmouth Hospital at the age of 93.
The MBLflag will be lowered in his memory.
Dr. Sheprow had a long association with the Ůֱ. He was a visiting investigator in the 1960s and 1970s, was a member of the MBLSociety (formerly MBLCorporation) since 1966, was a member of the MBLAssociates, and served as a ŮֱTrustee from 1971 to 1977. Dr. Sheprow was also a friend of the ŮֱWHOI Library. In addition to being a Library Reader, he served as the chair of the Library’s Joint Users Committee from 1991 to 2009.
